Job Description:

• Compensation Analyst with 4+ years of experience in compensation surveys, benchmarking, and data analysis,
• Validating promotion and compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.
• Support end-to-end compensation survey participation, including data validation, submission, and quality checks.
• Contribution to the annual compensation review cycle, assisting in appraisal analysis and payout validation.
• Internal benchmarking and fair pay analysis to support equitable compensation decisions.
• Job architecture initiatives, including role mapping and job evaluation support.
• Automation bonus payout processes using Excel, improving accuracy and reducing manual effort.
• Developing compensation dashboards in Power BI to provide insights on pay trends and workforce data.
• Building a basic offer letter generation tool using Python to streamline documentation.
• Strong expertise in survey operations (McLagan/Radford), data validation, and report generation, supported by advanced skills in Excel, SQL,and Power BI.
• Annual Compensation benchmarking, Computation of PLP basis business achivements. Preparation of BU wise comp sheets, updation of inputs / Reports etc., Increment/PLP letters release, Salary Structure preparation for all BUs.
• Manage and enable PMS module wrt goal creation, mid year check in and performance review as per BU requirements
• Time to time participation in varisous surveys, Analysis and preparation of reports / presentations / Insights
• Policy amendments in employee handbook, LMGenie, HRBP user manuals for HRBP team
• Providing monthly GMC, GPA, GTLI, OPD inputs to insurer on addition and deletion of employees and dependents by 10th of every month.
• Ensure / coordinate for timely renewal of GMC, GPA, Top Up, OPD, Gratuity policies.Making sure all the CD balances are up to date by providing the inter OU allocation to group accounts.
