Assistant Manager - Community Connect

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute community outreach programs, health camps, awareness sessions, and screening activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, RWAs, corporates, and community leaders.
• Identify opportunities to promote hospital services and speciality departments.
• Coordinate with internal departments for medical camps, health talks, and community wellness initiatives.
• Drive patient referrals and strengthen the hospital's local network.
• Plan and execute B2B and B2C outreach activities to improve brand awareness and patient acquisition.
• Monitor outreach activities, referral leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Prepare monthly reports on community engagement, patient leads, and outreach effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve hospital business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in hospital marketing, healthcare outreach, community relations, or business development preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong coordination, presentation, and event-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for community visits, meetings, and health camps.
