Assistant Manager - Communication Training

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging instructor-led training (ILT) sessions for rostered batches in both English and Hindi.
• Deliver training programs on:
  • Verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Advanced communication techniques
  • Grammar and language proficiency
  • Voice modulation, pitch control, and tone neutralization
  • Behavioural competencies, leadership, values, and workplace effectiveness
• Conduct communication-round interviews for frontline staff.
• Design and develop end-to-end communication and behavioural training programs.
• Create training materials, facilitator guides, verbiage content, and job aids.
• Develop engaging video-based learning modules and digital learning content.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing programs and implement enhancements as required.
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and developmental needs analysis.
• Design and implement learning interventions and professional development programs aligned with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to achieve departmental goals and learning objectives.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and performance documentation.
• Ensure timely and complete documentation through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and business needs.
• Relevant certifications in Communication Skills, Learning & Development, Behavioural Training, or Training Facilitation will be an added advantage
• Demonstrates teamwork and consistently upholds Akasa values.
• Willingness to travel and relocate based on business requirements.

Desired Qualification/certifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Certifications in language skills will be preferred

Preferred relevant work experience: 6 to 10 years over experience of which minimum 2 years in communication training

Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English language and grammar.
• Strong expertise in voice modulation, tonality, pronunciation, and accent neutralization.
• Proven facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
• Experience in communication training delivery, coaching, and content development.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms
