Role - Assistant Manager - Commercial

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Vijaywada and Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Receive orders from sales personnel or customers
2. Prepare sales orders
3. Confirm payments (RTGS/NEFT/Cheque)
4. Check outstanding amounts from customers
5. Process invoicing on SAP (delivery challan, PGI, invoice)
6. Forward invoices to C&F or godown for material dispatch
7. Arrange transportation for dispatch from our own godown
8. Deposit cheques and pass accounting entries
9. Handle all branch accounting and expenses, including petty cash
10. Forward credit/debit notes to respective customers
11. Record stock inward entries
12. Verify and report physical stock inventory
13. Process C&F commission/freight bills
14. Ensure monthly VAT/CST payment and timely submission of returns
15. Manage yearly assessment of branch sales tax provisions
16. Submit F forms under sales tax regulations
17. Oversee general administration of the branch
18. Coordinate with the head office for all legal compliance
