Assistant Manager- Commercial Assets

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end commercial leasing transactions, focusing on timely execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on commercial real estate investments.
• Provide expert guidance on luxury commercial sales, commercial leasing, retail leasing, and commercial real estate.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Job Requirements :
