Assistant Manager - Cold Room Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for cold storage and cold chain solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the food processing industry to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals that showcase our products' unique features.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in a similar role within the food processing or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, or other means.
• Strong understanding of cold storage and cold chain technologies, including refrigeration systems, packaging materials, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with technical experts at all levels.
