About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the International division. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, with a strong background in customer experience management.
Roles and Responsibility - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the client servicing team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

- Proven experience in client servicing or a related field.

- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
