Assistant Manager (Client Servicing) - Hyderabad

Experience: 7-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage NPS (National Pension System) operations and client servicing activities.
• Handle client onboarding and IT integration processes, similar to NFO onboarding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions and relationship management.
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle client and internal escalations and drive timely resolution.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate and support internal/external audits and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, SLAs, and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 7-8 years of experience in NPS operations/client onboarding/client servicing.
• Strong exposure to client handling, stakeholder management, and team management.
• Experience in IT integration and onboarding projects.
• Good understanding of operational controls, audit support, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in NPS products and operations.
