Assistant Manager - Chartered Accountant Regulatory Reporting (RBI & NHB)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in regulatory reporting and compliance to join our Accounts & Finance team. The role will primarily focus on preparation and submission of RBI and NHB returns, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, review, and timely submission of RBI and NHB returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting as per applicable guidelines
• Monitor and maintain compliance with RBI/NHB regulations, circulars, and updates
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis related to regulatory filings
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Operations) for data collection and validation
• Work closely with statutory/internal auditors and support audit requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all regulatory submissions
• Identify gaps in reporting processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in financial data analysis and reconciliation
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• CA Qualified with 0–2 years of experience in Accounts/Finance
