Assistant Manager - Channel Sales - Tile Adhesive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales of Tile Adhesive and related Construction Chemical products in the assigned territory.
• Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
• Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and applicators.
• Drive primary and secondary sales and improve product availability in the market.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market coverage.
• Conduct product demonstrations and awareness activities for contractors, applicators, and retailers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, dispatch, and customer service.
• Support local promotional activities, dealer engagement programs, and market activation initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales, market coverage, and performance reports.
