• Drive manpower planning, fulfillment, and hiring to meet business requirements within defined TAT.
• Monitor and control attrition and absenteeism through proactive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll, attendance, and employee data management .
• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution of HR and employee-relations issues.
• Ensure adherence to statutory, labour law, and HR compliance requirements.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, communication, and welfare initiatives .
• Manage HR vendors and contractors, ensuring performance, documentation, and compliance.
• Partner with operations and business teams to address workforce-related challenges.
• Track HR KPIs including headcount, hiring TAT, attrition, absenteeism, and grievance closure.
• Drive HR process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency .
• Prepare and analyze HR MIS and dashboards for management review.
• Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices across the site/projec
