Assistant Manager - Business Finance

We are looking for a Business Finance professional with hands-on experience in financial modelling, business valuation, DCF analysis, fundraising, due diligence, and lending activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and perform DCF/business valuations.
• Support fundraising, debt financing, and lender coordination.
• Conduct financial due diligence and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Assess lending proposals, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity.
• Prepare financial projections, feasibility reports, and investment presentations.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Financial Modelling and DCF Valuation.
• Experience in Fundraising, Due Diligence, and Lending/Credit Assessment.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong financial analytical skills.
