About the Role

We are looking for a hands-onand highly analytical finance professional to join our BusinessFinance team. This role is focused on building the data and analytical backbone of the business. The individual will work closelywith Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other teamsto collect, structure, validate, and analyse business and financial data.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys workingwith numbers and large datasets,is strong on Excel/data analysis, has high attention to detail, and can convert data into clear financial and business insights. This is a high-execution role with a strong focus on data, reporting, analysis,and supporting decision-making rather than traditional FPCA ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Data Structuring G Management

• Collect and consolidate data from multipleinternal and externalsources.
• Structure business data into meaningful and usable datasets for analysis.
• Build and maintain trackersand databases coveringrevenue, admissions, collections, costs, leads, conversions, CAC, ARPU, margins, and other business KPIs.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across different systems and reports.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Business Performance Analysis

• Prepare regular analysisof business performance from a financial perspective.
• Analyse revenue, contribution margins, EBITDA, unit economics, costs, and other key financial metrics.
• Analyse performance across products, universities, programs, geographies, channels, sales teams, and cohorts.
• Identify trends, deviations, and unusual movements in business performance.
• Highlight key observations and potential areas of improvement to the Business Finance team.

Unit Economics & Business Insights

• Prepare analysis around CAC, ARPU, contribution margin, learner acquisition costs, and payback.
• Analyse economics at a granular level across different products, universities, channels, and learner segments.
• Support the BusinessFinance team in identifying driversof profitability and growth.
• Convert detailed analysisinto simple and actionable insightsfor business stakeholders.

MIS & Management Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly business and financial MIS.
• Build dashboards and management trackers for key business metrics.
• Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and consistent.
• Support preparation of business reviews, leadership presentations, and management dashboards.

Reconciliation & Data Validation

• Reconcile business data with financeand operational records.
• Validate revenue, admissions, collections, costs, and other key datasets.
• Investigate mismatches and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Establish basic data-quality checks to improve reliability of management reporting.

Ad-hoc Business Analysis

• Support the BusinessFinance team on analysis requiredfor business decisions.
• Prepare quick-turnaround analysis for management questions and business reviews.
• Work with different teams to understand the underlying businessdrivers behind financial numbers.
• Assist in evaluating new initiatives, commercial proposals, campaigns, and operational changesfrom a financial perspective.

• Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, data cleaning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial and business metrics.
• Experience working with large datasetsand MIS.

Good to Have

• Power BI / Tableau / other BI tools.
• SQL.
• Power Query.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Com / BBA / MBA / CA / CMA or equivalent.
• 1–5 yearsof experience in BusinessFinance, MIS, FPCA, Commercial Finance,Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, ConsumerInternet, Technology, or other high-growth businesses will be preferred.
