Assistant Manager - Business Finance

Business Performance Tracking:

- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics across business units.

- Analyze performance variances, spot trends, and identify operational risks and growth opportunities.

Reporting & Dashboard Management:

- Own end-to-end operational and executive reporting cadences (daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews).

- Build, maintain, and update standardized dashboards, ensuring high data accuracy and timeliness.

Strategic Support & Analytics:

- Execute ad hoc financial and business analyses to evaluate new initiatives and process improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Sales) to support problem-solving and business planning.

Presentation & Executive Communication:

- Prepare high-impact presentations and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is preferred.

- Analytical Aptitude: Strong numerical reasoning, financial modelling capability, and attention to detail.

- Stakeholder Interaction: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact with cross-functional team leads.

- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving business environment.
