About this role
Purpose of the job:
Follow the ten principles ABI Company, in accordance with the VPO work, while maintaining world-class performance benchmark for brewing, quality, quantity, time will be supplied to the packaging department sake, in order to achieve optimal brewing became Anheuser-Busch InBev team dream. Ensure continuous improvement in brand quality and VPO.

• Deliver the Brewing volume on time with safety and quality
• Achieve KPI indicators
• VIC Goals
• LTI is 0
• Must be able to tackle complex problems and create clear systems for solving them with and through others.
• Manages the development of department resources through training and feedbacks.
• Ensure 100% legal compliances
• Complies to QEHS, Food Integrity and GMP (including HACCP) standards
• Investigates complaints and provides proper follow-up (including root cause analysis)
• Ensures that all documentation from Zone Brewery Support is updated continuously
• Accountable for achieving the target for all Brewing KPIs
