About this role
1) Meeting / coordinating with OPD consultants for gathering talking points for content creation / article / webinars / talks for medimovie / expert talk
2) To capture Patient testimonials in coordination with the Operations Department.
3) To generate Achievements case studies on difficult cases done successfully at the Unit
4) In-House Consumer connect experiential B2C events at the facility on increasing patient engagements/satisfaction in coordination with Operations department.
5) Social enquiries, email enquiries, messenger enquiries response in coordination with Operations department.
6) GMB and Social media Online Reputation Management (ORM) in coordination with Operations department and Unit head
7) Social Media & Website Updations on various activities and events
8) Execution of the ATL and BTL plan in coordination with Brand Head
9) Internal & external branding of the unit
10) Vendor liaising for branding work at the unit
11) Database communication and CRM management
12) Marketing Team Coordination related to communication support for sales
13) Monthly reports to HOD
14) Maintain Branding in the Unit & monitor processes to ensure no deviation to brand guideline. Escalation as needed.
15) Competitive reasearch and feedback
16) Responsible for replying to connect email patient queries and grievances in co-ordnation with the response of the concerned department.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience : Minimum 4 years experience
Skill : Effective Communication Skills, Time Management Skills, Branding Skill, Interpersonal Skills
