Bringing Campaigns to Life

• Run BTL activations end-to-end sampling drives, college events, trade promotions, sports activations, product launches, and more.
• Support ATL rollouts by coordinating with agencies and media partners, tracking placements, and flagging anything that's off-brief or off-brand.
• Make sure every activation looks the part from the branding setup to how the promoters show up.
• Handle all the Marketing logistics: POS inventory, sampling stock, fabrication, event materials, vendor follow-ups.
• Write post-event reports that are useful photos, metrics, and real learnings.

Consumer Research

• Plan and carry out consumer research surveys, field observations, intercepts and turn what you find into something the team can act on.

Keeping Everything on Track

• Own the master campaign calendar and make sure ATL, BTL, and digital are always in sync.
• Brief agencies and vendors, review their work, and keep them accountable to timelines.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Executive and Marketing Manager so messaging stays consistent across channels.
• Manage budgets, POs, vendor payments.

Keeping the Brand Sharp

• Maintain the brand asset library: creatives, event photos, vendor collateral.

• Review all offline materials before they go out; nothing goes to print or fabrication without a brand check.

• Oversee photo and video coverage at activations and hand it off to the social media team.

• Use Canva or Adobe Suite for quick edits when needed.
