We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Billing to join our project team at TKM, Sambhajinagar.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end client and subcontractor billing for the project.
• Prepare and verify RA Bills, final bills, measurements, BOQ, and billing documentation.
• Conduct quantity verification and ensure billing accuracy as per approved drawings and BOQ.
• Prepare variation statements, rate analysis, extra-item claims, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with Site Execution, Planning, QS, Accounts, Commercial, and client/consultant teams.
• Track bill submission, certification, and closure within defined timelines.
• Review subcontractor bills based on actual work executed and approved measurements.
• Maintain accurate billing records and commercial documentation.

Candidate Profile

• 10-13 years of relevant experience in Billing / Quantity Surveying / Commercial functions.
• Industrial Project experience is mandatory/preferred, with candidates from the same or similar industry/project sector preferred.
• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, measurements, rate analysis, variations, reconciliation, and final billing.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
