Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and details oriented Finance Controller who will be responsible for managing all day-to-day accounting operations and month end close. The role will ensure audit-ready financials while building strong processes and internal controls in fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Finance Professionals with expertise in:

Finance Reporting compliance
End-to-End Month-End Close General Ledger Management
Accounting Controlling Operations
Budgeting, Forecasting Financial Planning
Internal Controls, Audit Compliance
Cash Flow Working Capital Management
IFRS, US GAAP, and Statutory Reporting

Process Standardisation and Operating Model Improvements
Continuous Improvement and Service Delivery Optimisation
ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Process Improvement, Automation Finance Transformation Initiatives.

Preferred Profile

6-19 years of relevant experience
CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across different time zones

Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; experience with Power BI, Power Query or similar analytics tools.
