Role & responsibilities:

End-to-End Bid Lifecycle: Actively monitor GeM and e-procurement portals, manage complete documentation, and track pre-bid notes.
Sales Collaboration: Maintain the RFP pipeline tracker and assist sales teams with win themes, compliance checklists, and pricing strategies.
Negotiations & Auctions: Support sales leadership through reverse auctions, L1 match requests, and contract finalization.
Project Onboarding: Act as the critical bridge between Sales and Delivery teams to ensure seamless go-live aligned with tender SLAs and scopes.

Preferred candidate profile

Around 5 years of core experience in bid management for Indian PSUs and government enterprise businesses.
Mandatory experience within the IT Industry (handling IT services, software, or technology infrastructure tenders).
Deep operational expertise in the GeM portal, NIC e-Procurement, and central/state tender websites.
Strong grasp of government procurement guidelines, GFR, compliance, and EMD/PBG processes.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills to manage multiple high-stake submissions simultaneously.
