• Credit Appraisal of loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities.
• Having a detailed personal discussion with applicants to understand the nature and stability of customer profile in case of salaried cases.
• Decisioning the application within the desired TAT.
• Taking logical calls based on CIBIL reports, Applicant's past service of loans, income / obligations, Tele / Video PD, Geo tagging reports.
• Coordinating with sales, operations, collections and customer service team to facilitate the customer in a better way.
• Providing constant inputs and suggestions to improvise the process and policies to facilitate faster decisioning of application.

• MBA Finance with relevant experience.
• Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in unsecured high-ticket size loans.
• Positive attitude and team player- will be part of a team.
• Comfortable with 6 Day working and extended hours whenever required.
• Ability to perform under high pressure situations consistently while managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring zero escalations from Sales.
• Must have local market understanding.
