    • Control Execution: Execute second-level controls and formally evidence all validation and sign-off activities.
    • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with SLAs, reporting calendars, and quality thresholds, and act as the first escalation point for operational or data issues.
    • Risk Management: Challenge unusual movements or overrides, identify systemic issues or recurring errors, and perform root-cause analysis for control weaknesses.
    • Audit & Compliance: Support internal/external audits and regulatory reviews by providing clear explanations and documented evidence.
    • Leadership & Development: Coach and guide Processors and Validators on technical expectations, manage workload distribution, and support recruitment and training initiatives.
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives while coordinating with global stakeholders, Data teams, and Operations.

    Required Education

    • Post Graduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.

    Skills and Experience (must have)

    • Experience: 6+ years of experience in Asset Management Operations, Investment Reporting, or Validation.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong end-to-end understanding of Asset Management Reporting processes (performance, holdings, regulatory disclosures) and investment products/fund structures.
    • Control Expertise: Deep understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, data validation, and reconciliation techniques.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex reporting outputs, assess delivery risks, and perform root-cause analysis.
    • Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting platforms and databases.
    • Behavioral Skills: Rigorous professional judgment, strong attention to detail, accountability mindset, and the ability to work under high pressure during peak reporting cycles.
    • Communication: Clear and structured verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders positively.

Preferred Education, Skills and Experience (nice to have)

    • Equivalent Experience: Candidates with equivalent professional experience in Financial Reporting or Asset Management Operations may be considered if they meet the seniority requirements.
