Brief Description of the Role:
The Job involves handling of project from start to finish toensure high quality, innovative, cost effective and functional design
Strongunderstanding of building designs, aesthetics, cost and design efficiency is amust

Job Profile:
The Candidate is expected to do the following on an ongoingbasis:
Understanding and selecting building concepts and ideasbased on product requirements to optimize aesthetics, functionality, efficiencyand economy
Value engineering the agreed designs and layouts
Communicate and coordinate creative ideas and processes tooutsourced Architects / Subordinates and Engineers
Coordinate MEP, Structuraland concept designers
Coordinate MEP, Structuraland concept designers
Understanding building bylaws, RERA requirements andcalculations etc to develop feasible plans
Focus on the minute detailing to make the building andlayout designs efficient and effective
New product and technology evaluation and adoption
Skills Attributes:
Strong imagination and creative flair
Design presentation and good drawing skills
Use of computer-aided design software to createarchitectural drawings/ Excel, sketch-up and other design soft wares
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong mathematical skills to calculate the exactmeasurements and area statements etc
