Assistant Manager - AR

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day AR/RCM operations and ensure targets are achieved.
• Handle and guide the AR/RCM team and monitor their performance.
• Manage client communication and maintain good client relationships.
• Participate in client calls and discuss process performance, issues, and action plans.
• Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor AR aging, denials, claim follow-up, and outstanding accounts.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and SLA requirements are met.
• Conduct team meetings, provide feedback, and support team development.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process operations.

Required Skills:

• 7 -12 years of experience in US Healthcare AR/RCM.
• Good knowledge of AR and RCM processes.
• Experience in team handling and client handling.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage targets, escalations, and client requirements.
• Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
