Job Description

We are looking for Civil Engineering professionals to join the Projects team. The role involves handling civil construction and project execution activities for pharmaceutical and API manufacturing facilities. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, project planning, and timely completion of civil works.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute civil construction and project activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise foundations, RCC, structural works, masonry, flooring, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and timelines.
• Review civil drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Handle quantity estimation, measurements, billing, and rate analysis.
• Ensure construction quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, QA, Production, and other teams.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and site safety requirements.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain relevant documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
