Provide application support and contribute to the analysis and resolution of production incidents.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions, web parts, extensions and reusable components.
- Develop solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Configure sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, permissions, search and navigation.
- Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs and approved enterprise services.
- Build workflow and business-process solutions using Power Automate and, where relevant, Power Apps.
- Understand, improve, maintain and document existing SharePoint solutions.
- Participate in migration and modernisation activities, including assessment, remediation, testing and deployment.
- Create unit tests, support functional testing and address defects in accordance with agreed quality standards.
- Use source control and CI/CD practices, and contribute to code reviews and release preparation.
- Support the operations team with incident analysis, troubleshooting and root-cause identification.
- Work in an Agile environment and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Contribute to developer communities and knowledge-sharing activities within BNP Paribas.
- Contribute to the development of the Real Estate IT strategy.
- Promote reusable solutions, development standards and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to technical documentation, support procedures and knowledge transfer
