Assistant Manager - Admissions (6 months contract)

Role Purpose

To manage and support critical admissions operations by ensuring seamless execution of the end-to-end admission lifecycle, including entrance examinations, personal interviews, student registration, fee-related support, and stakeholder coordination to deliver excellent admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Personal Interviews (Online & Offline).
• Coordinate Entrance Examinations.
• Support registration, fee payment, and document verification.
• Resolve admission queries within SLA.
• Coordinate with Academic Schools, Finance, IT, Marketing, Experience Centre, Student Records and Hostel teams.
• Track registrations and joining.
• Ensure SOP and policy compliance.
• Handle operational escalations.
• Drive process improvements.
• Support Open Days, counselling events and admission campaigns.
• Prepare operational reports and analytics.
• Handling SMSs & Communications

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

3-6 years in Admissions Operations/Higher Education/Student Services. Experience in admissions, entrance exams and registrations preferred.
