Assistant Manager-Accounts

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, GST compliance, and vendor payments.
• Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness before processing payment.
• Perform regular accounts reconciliations to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vendor payments.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in an accounting role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proficiency in invoice processing, invoice verification, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
