Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage Accounts Receivable operations, customer account reconciliation, and receivable accounting processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP and strong understanding of customer ledger management, debit/credit note accounting, and statutory audit support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) accounting activities.
• Handle customer receivables accounting and ensure timely accounting entries.
• Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve outstanding issues.
• Carry out line-item clearance and clearing of customer accounts in SAP.
• Process and account for Debit Notes and Credit Notes related to sales transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, and Finance teams for customer account settlements.
• Monitor customer balances and ensure accurate receivable reporting.
• Support statutory audits by providing required schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare periodic MIS and reconciliation reports related to receivables.

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP (FI/AR Module).
• Good understanding of customer ledger reconciliations.
• Experience in handling Debit Notes, Credit Notes, and sales accounting transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling Sales Promotion Schemes, Discounts, and Incentive accounting.
• Exposure to FMCG, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industry.
• Experience in audit coordination and compliance activities.
