Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• To support manager in Accounting and Reporting functions.
• To Review Accounting entries, Vouchers, General ledgers.
• Approval of the accounting vouchers as per the company policy/practice.
• Ensure timely book closure every month.
• Preparation of monthly Financial Statements of the company.
• Prepare margin analysis and variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals)
• Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Group reporting (Consolidation).
• Support in preparation of Half Yearly Business plan.
• Preparation of Finance reports for monthly management reporting.
• Support during year end Statutory Audit.
• Prepare audit schedules and review schedules prepared by other staffs.
• Identify weak areas of operation and implement system for improvement.
• Ensure Customer (both internal and external) satisfaction.

Profile expectation

• CA inter pass with 3+ yrs experience OR MBA / B.Com with 8 ~ 12 yrs experience
• Have work experience of preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Should have good accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in computer literacy MS Office, SAP
• Team player, diligent at work and deliver within set deadlines.
• Must be keen to learn, self- driven, and result oriented.
• Must possess good interpersonal qualities and communication skills.
