Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as a Virtual Finance Controller for a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. Key Result Areas

1. Robust Delivery

   • Ensuring accounting records are prepared & reviewed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
   • Drive transparency with accurate monthly closure of books and timely submission of periodic MIS.

2. Audit, Governance and Risk Management

   • Ensuring sound quality of financial statements, tax audit reports and income tax calculations.
   • Ensure timely closure of audits with close coordination with relevant stakeholders to reinforce financial integrity and regulatory adherence.
   • Mitigate legal & compliance risks by ensuring adherence to applicable statutory compliances.

3. Strong Client Management

   • Strengthening client relationships through proactive engagement, communication and periodic governance.
   • Foster retention and growth within the assigned portfolio.

4. Impactful Leader

   • Oversee team management, focusing on retention and professional development.
   • Strong cross functional collaboration to provide comprehensive support to clients.

5. Effective Practice Management

   • Ensure adherence to organizational policies.
   • Strong control over the client portfolio to manage revenue, cost, GP & collections of the assigned portfolio.
   • Own & lead effective execution of the process improvement and digital transformation projects.
