Hiring: Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance

Location: Bengaluru (Kengeri)

Experience: 7+ years

Working: Monday - Saturday

Must have experience in SAP Software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting activities including Credit Notes (CN) to Customers and Customer Commission Working
• Monitor Customer Ageing, Outstanding Receivables, Collections and Payment Follow-ups
• Prepare and maintain MIS Reports Sales, Collections and Outstanding
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and ensure accurate accounting records
• Coordinate and support Internal and Statutory Audits
• Handle Taxation, GST, TDS, ITR and related compliance
• Coordinate with Inventory and Warehouse teams for stock reconciliation and related accounting activities
• Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
• Strong knowledge of Taxation, GST, TDS and ITR filing
• Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, MIS and Audit
• Good communication and coordination skills
