Dhahran Tower is the most luxurious Residential Compound in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia with 291 fully furnished Apartments, superb Recreational Facilities and 5* Hotel services.

We are looking for a candidate background from a hospitality industry especially with an experience of high rise building/ large Hotel resort operation & maintenance. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to work in this tower.

The role of the Maintenance Manager is to manage the day to day operations of the engineering facilities and to deliver the service up to the guest satisfaction.


Key responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, ensure the efficient operation of the engineering equipment, ancillary maintenance, repair service and protection of assets.
• Responsible for the general cost control aspects of maintenance, supervising and directing the daily activates of Supervisors and verification of all material delivery to the department operation.
• Ensure the effective operation of all the mechanical and electrical systems and equipment by implementing and managing proper preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain the condition of physical assets of the apartment by carrying out upgrading liaise with architects, interior designers and management.
• Closely supervise outside contractors to ensure the quality of the job and their safety standards.
• Implement energy management program by establishing energy reduction objectives.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory regulation and fire codes by regularly reviewing polices and safety procedures.
• Ensure all fire, life & safety preventative maintenance programs are carryout and that all are record it as per guide line.
• Every month a comprehensive engineering month end report will submit to Chief Engineer related to the operation.
• Ensure the smooth operation and co-ordination of the Tower through the respective Department Supervisors.
• Ensure the implementation and delivery of Safety standards.
• Assist Chief Engineer to prepare the Annual Engineering Budget plan.

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Proper engineering product knowledge and good English communication skill.
• 5-6 year experience in hospitality industry and a high-rise building or large Hotel resort operation & maintenance experience.
• Degree/Diploma holder in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven team-leader with outstanding motivational skills and coaching ability to train his supervisors improving department standards.
• Good administration skill.
• Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in previous roles and personal interactions.
• Possess effective time management skills and ability to stay calm under pressure in a major technical breakdown situation.
