Role & responsibilities : An Assistant Legal Manager or Law Advocate handles contract drafting, legal research, regulatory compliance, and litigation support for a company or law firm.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and internal.
Provide day-to-day counsel to internal business teams and stakeholders on operational and risk-mitigation issues.
