Assistant Learning and Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs for employees across various levels within the organization.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content that meets business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Manage the scheduling, logistics, and budgeting of training events.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
