Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced International Business / International Sales professional with 6+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with exposure to export sales, international markets, business development, customer management and trade exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new international markets and generate qualified sales leads and business inquiries.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, agents and business opportunities in international markets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer enquiry to order closure.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, competitor products, pricing and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales/revenue targets in line with company objectives.
• Prepare and manage marketing plans, sales strategies and budgets.
• Plan and participate in international trade exhibitions, conferences, fairs and sales meetings.
• Independently coordinate pre- and post-exhibition activities, including lead generation and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and business partners.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant internal departments for timely resolution.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Logistics and Export Documentation teams for order execution, dispatches and export documentation.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales reports, market analysis and performance reports.
• Supervise and manage the marketing/sales team and ensure effective execution of business activities.
• Assist in developing and managing promotional and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information using CRM platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in International Business / International Sales / Export Sales, preferably in FMCG / Food Industry .
• Strong understanding of international markets, export sales and business development.
• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, customer acquisition and order conversion.
• Experience in international exhibitions and trade fairs is mandatory.
• Prior experience in team handling / team management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• CRM experience will be an added advantage.
• Should be willing to travel internationally for exhibitions, customer meetings and business development activities.
