Assistant Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR generalist activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and exit processes.
• Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees.
• Handle grievances and resolve issues related to employment law compliance, labor relations, and workplace conflicts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 6-9 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, including payroll management, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
