Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  
• Manage end-to-end hiring for finance roles (DST, Sales Officers ,Sales Managers ).
• Build candidate pipelines through job portals, campus drives, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Employee Relations & Engagement
  
• Handle escalated employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Organize engagement activities to improve retention in high-stress finance roles.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications

• Education: MBA in HR/IR/PM
• Experience: 4-7 years in HR, preferably within financial services.
• Skills: Strong communication, compliance knowledge, data analysis, and employee relations expertise.
