Assistant Manager - HR/Administration

Location: RSST, Jayanagar 2nd Block, Bengaluru

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for doing back end activities of HR Operations as per employee Life cycle.

2. Development & implementation of HR Policies for the institution

3. Handling of Talent Acquisition & separation process for the institution. (Timely sourcing & making sure separation activities taken care as per process).

4. HR Administration Activities (End to end taking care of outsourced staff such as security, housekeeping)

5. Time management (attendance, leave) & payroll management

6. Handling performance management process (goal setting, appraisee assessment, appraiser assessment, reviewer assessment & banding)

7. Conducting training & development activities (capturing training needs as well).

8. Taking care of all HR Compliances (Maintenance of Personal File, Service Register, Adherence as per statutory bodies).

9. Generating MIS pertaining to employees as and when management requires.

10. Co-ordinating assigned activities pertaining to events in timely and error free manner.

11. Process Personal Files, Leave, Resignation, FnF and other HR approvals within stipulated timelines.

12. Monitor HR compliance and employee records, including Personal Files, Service Registers and statutory documentation.
