Assistant Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store, warehouse, delivery, security, and support roles.

• Drive bulk hiring through job fairs, referrals, local networks, portals, social media, and field recruitment.

• Lead the recruitment team and achieve hiring targets.

• Coordinate with Operations and Store/Area Managers on manpower needs.

• Monitor TAT, joining ratios, offer-to-joining conversion, and candidate pipelines.

• Ensure timely interviews, documentation, selection, and onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment MIS and manpower reports.

• Improve hiring productivity, joining rates, and retention.

• Manage recruitment partners and support new-store hiring.

• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field (BPO industry preferred).
• MBA in HR
• Strong understanding of HR Operations, Manpower Budgeting, Performance Management System, Strategic HR principles.
