About the role
Immunoshop is a growing IVD distribution company looking for a hands-on HR generalist to independently run our HR function. Covering HR operations, recruitment and performance administration while supervising a small HR/Admin team, this is a role for someone who enjoys both running the day-to-day and building HR processes as the company scales.
Responsibilities Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs (Attendance, new joiners, increments, exits, LOP, deductions) and coordinate with Accounts
Maintain accurate employee records in Zoho People as the single source of truth
Manage attendance, leave and employee benefits.
Ensure HR related statutory compliance
Supervise recruitment, onboarding and induction of new joiners
Manage a smooth offboarding process
Drive employee engagement, motivation and alignment
Administer appraisal and confirmation cycles tracking, coordination, closure and communication
Handle employee queries and grievances; implement approved HR policies
Supervise and guide junior HR/Admin executives
Requirements 5–10 years of HR operations experience, including 2+ years running an HR function independently
Hands-on experience in payroll
Direct recruitment experience
Working knowledge of Zoho People or a similar HRMS
