Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, and compliance with company policies.
  
• Ensure timely completion of exit formalities for outgoing employees.
  
• Oversee PF, ESIC, insurance claims, and other benefits-related tasks.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee grievances and issues.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
