Senior Executive & Assistant Manager HR / Administration

Multiple Positions

Location: RSST, Jayanagar 2nd Block, Bengaluru

Role Purpose:

To support and coordinate centralized HR Operations across 28 RVEI institutions, ensuring process standardization, compliance and timely HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, increments, leave and separation.
2. Coordinate Talent Acquisition, including manpower requirements, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, approvals and onboarding.
3. Support implementation and review of HR policies, procedures, circulars and memos across RVEI.
4. Process Personal Files, Leave, Resignation, FnF and other HR approvals within stipulated timelines.
5. Manage SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM transactions related to employee data, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
6. Coordinate Performance Management, Training and Induction Programmes with Institutional HR teams.
7. Monitor HR compliance and employee records, including Personal Files, Service Registers and statutory documentation.
8. Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and reports for Management.
9. Coordinate with Institutional HR, Management, Finance and other stakeholders for timely execution of HR activities.
