  • Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
  • Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
  • PF, ESI & Labour Law Compliance
  • HR Policies & Employee Handbook Implementation
  • Performance Appraisal – KRA & KPI
  • Employee Training & Development
  • HR MIS & Monthly Management Reports
  • Factory Administration & Department Coordination

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Manufacturing / Garment / Textile Industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Relations.
  • Ability to work closely with Production Workers and Department Heads.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic professional English.
  • Practical problem-solving and leadership skills.

Location Preference

Candidates residing within 5–10 KM of Ondipudur, Coimbatore, are preferred for convenient daily commuting.
