Assistant HR and Er Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract labour force, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
• Oversee factory HR operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure timely resolution of industrial relations issues through negotiation or mediation.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in ER & IR roles in the auto components industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract compliance, contract labour management, and labour laws.
• Proven track record in workforce planning, employee management, and plant HR operations.
