Roles and Responsibility
Job Requirements
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and security, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
- Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
