About this role
Position: Assistant General Manager Projects
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead, manage and deliver our real estate projects with excellence.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution and delivery.
- Ensure quality, safety, cost control and timely completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior leadership.
- Implement best practices and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferably).
- 12–15 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management practices, contracts and budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
