Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Close

> Handle end-to-end accounting activities including GL scrutiny, journal entries, and

reconciliations

> Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

> Ensure accuracy of books in line with Ind AS / Accoun?ng Standards

> Review balance sheet schedules and ageing reports

> Inventory management

2. Financial Reporting & MIS

> Preparation and review of MIS, variance analysis, and management reports

> Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

> Provide financial insights to support decision-making

4. Process Improvement & Controls

> Strengthening internal controls and standard operating procedures

> Identify areas for process automation and e iciency improvements

> Support implementation or optimization of SAP accounting systems

5. Business & Stakeholder Support

> Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, operations)

> Provide financial support for commercial decisions and cost optimisation

> Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and compliances

> Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership, individual contributor

> Ability to grow into larger responsibilities based on performance and interest Growth

Orientation

> Conversion of Foreign Subsidiary Accounts in INR and assisting in preparation of

Consolidation of Accounts.

> Assisting and Coordination with Foreign Subsidiary Auditors to the extent of geting

> Quarterly/Year end audit finalisation under IND-AS.

> Assisting & Coordination IT Team in implementation of Subsidiary Accounts in SAP

whenever Company decides to transit from existing software.

6. Banking coordination & Treasury management

> Daily working capital management through Factoring of AR.

> Coordinating with US bankers on bank audit
