Assistant General Manager

We are looking for experienced professionals from the Automobile Dealership industry to manage and drive showroom sales, customer engagement, team performance, and overall dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales operations for the automobile dealership/showroom.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Handle customer enquiries, walk-ins, test drives, negotiations, and conversions.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, customer acquisition, and overall sales performance.
• Monitor showroom activities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, leads, conversions, and team productivity.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Insurance, Service, and Operations to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Identify market opportunities and support local sales and promotional activities.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports and performance updates with management.
• Ensure adherence to dealership processes, company policies, and customer service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in automobile dealerships, preferably in sales/showroom management.
• Experience in handling automobile sales teams and dealership operations.
• Strong understanding of showroom sales, lead management, customer handling, and sales conversion.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing team performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates with experience in Car/Two-Wheeler/Commercial Vehicle dealerships can be considered, based on the requirement.
• Candidates should be willing to work from Varanasi.
