Post-Sales Process Management
Own the complete customer lifecycle from booking to possession, ensuring timely documentation, payments, and communication.
Client Communication
Serve as the single point of contact for all client queries and concerns. Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses in alignment with brand standards.
Documentation & Legal Coordination
Manage agreement drafting, registration coordination, and handover documentation in liaison with legal and sales teams.
Payment Collection & Reconciliation
